  • 11641-645 Yonge St : The site is currently a Suzuki and Subaru dealership. The proposal calls for new development of a 2 Story Subaru car dealership with 15,000 sq ft.

  • 11 Jefferson Side Rd : This site is currently owned by Fieldgate and it calls for a development of a 29,000 sq ft retail/office plaza.
